I cannot say enough good things about Real Deal Wheels and the level of customer service they provided. I needed a very specific, hard-to-find set of performance tires for my BMW X5M right before a long road trip, and they went above and beyond to make it happen. They rush ordered the tires for me, worked me into an already busy schedule, and even stayed open past 6:00 PM to make sure everything was installed and the car was ready before I left town. That kind of customer service is incredibly hard to find these days. The entire experience was professional, accommodating, and genuinely focused on taking care of the customer. They could have easily told me the timing was too tight, but instead they found a way to get it done. If you need wheels or tires, especially for a performance vehicle that requires something a little harder to source, I highly recommend Real Deal Wheels. They have absolutely earned my business going forward. Thank you again to the entire team for going the extra mile!

First time visiting Real Deal Custom Wheels and Tires. Nice wheel inventory. Lots of wheels styles in stock. Received price for what I wanted. Small down payment with quick turnaround. Staff friendly. Store manager "Tony" was very knowledgeable and cordial. Good location. Great experience.

Awesome company to deal with. The staff are all knowledgeable from the owner, manager, down to the installers. Alex knows the industry very well and explains the entire process and knows certain details about my specific vehicle without hesitation. The prices are very reasonable and the results speak for itself. If you need a lift, rims, tires done right, this is the place you need to go to. I am a business owner myself so there are certain things that I look for when I am trying to do business and Real Deal, Alex, and the staff met all those expectations.

Great place to do business with. Alex got me together with no issues. Alex did the legwork to make sure a got the exact product I was looking for. Took exactly how long he said it would be to build my steering wheel. Extremely fast shipping and product packaged with care. Great service all around. I would definitely recommend and do business with him again.
